Choosing 1-on-1 fitness gives you an allotted time alone with your trainer who will customize your fitness plan for you. Whether you want to 

lose weight, gain some muscle, increase your endurance or meet any other goal, your trainer will help you make it happen.


  • HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU NEED? IS ONE ENOUGH?

Depending on your goals, starting point, and physical ability, one personal training session can be enough.

For those new to exercise, 2-3 personal training sessions per week is recommended to ensure that you develop proper form and a sustainable routine

  • After collecting all your personal information, we are able to tailor a unique exercise programme to fit around your work/life balance.

  • Our coaching style is based on high accountability. Your weekly progress will be tracked strictly to ensure you are sticking to your plan.
